Has anyone ever been murdered at Fenway Park?  One only needs to go back to the summer of 1983 when the city of Boston was in a state of shock as news of a murder at Fenway Park spread like wildfire. The victim, a prominent businessman named John Fogelsby, was found dead in his luxury box during the seventh inning of a Red Sox game. Detective James Smith was called to the scene to investigate the case and solve the mystery of who killed Mr. Fogelsby. Detective Smith arrived at Fenway Park and was escorted to the luxury box where the body was found. The area was cordoned off and the crime scene was being processed by the forensic team. The body of John was lying on the floor, with a single bullet wound to the head. Detective Smith noticed that there was no sign of struggle, which led him to believe that the victim knew the attacker.
